Registration for the 9th annual Medications for Addiction Treatment (MAT) Conference is NOW OPEN!

This year’s theme, “Elevating Care: Supporting Recovery in Every Community,” centers the importance of meeting people where they are — clinically, culturally, and geographically — through strong systems of care and person-centered support.

This virtual conference brings together healthcare providers, policymakers, peers, researchers, and community partners from across Alaska and beyond to share strategies, stories, and solutions for treating opioid use disorder.

Are you passionate about medications for addiction treatment in Alaska?

We are looking for presenters who:

• belong to organizations with successful practices of MAT in Alaska
• are interested in and qualified to provide general education of medications for addiction treatment
• have lived experience and are interested in speaking to what models of care work(ed) for them and/or have experience with a specific type of practice

Presentations should be targeted toward the overall conference theme, “Elevating Care: Supporting Recovery in Every Community.” Daily themes include:

• Clinical to Community Care
• Person Centered Approach to MAT
• Strong Systems and Skilled Workforce
