FEATURED KEYNOTE PRESENTATIONS

Drawing from five years of experience in Dillingham, Dr. Flamm will share lessons from establishing an outpatient substance use disorder treatment program and explore the partnerships and practical considerations essential to improving care in rural Alaska.

Dr. Flamm is board certified in family medicine and addiction medicine and is currently completing an HIV fellowship at Los Angeles General Medical Center.

This keynote will explore how integrating pharmacists into MAT care teams can strengthen collaboration, expand treatment access and support innovative, sustainable models of patient care.

Cathy Arnatt is an integrated clinical pharmacist with Southcentral Foundation and Alaska Native Medical Center and an officer in the U.S. Public Health Service. She specializes in medication-assisted treatment, psychiatric pharmacy and chronic pain management.

Dr. Brandy Seignemartin is Executive Director of the Alaska Pharmacy Association and a Clinical Assistant Professor in the UAA/ISU PharmD Program. Her work focuses on integrating pharmacists into healthcare teams and advancing policies that expand access to sustainable patient care.
